General Promotion Terms

1. Introduction

1. These Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms apply to all promotions offered by Lemon Casino, forming an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between Player and Lemon Casino. While these terms may be provided in various languages for Player convenience, in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.

2. In the event of a conflict between Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms and any Promotion Terms, the specific conditions of the promotion take precedence.

3. Lemon Casino reserves the right to modify these terms, discontinue, or withdraw any Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances. Continued use of Lemon Casino after changes implies acceptance.

4. All promotions are time-limited, and associated bonus terms are subject to change. Time references in Lemon Casino Promotions are set in Central European Time (CET).

5. Lemon Casino may amend promotions to rectify errors, misprints, or improve offer clarity. The management reserves the right to alter or remove promotions, restrict or deny bonuses, and disqualify players for reasons such as problem gambling, Promotion and Bonus Abuse, or technical exploitation.

2. Promotion and Bonus Abuse

1. Lemon Casino extends promotions in good faith to players for entertainment. Clients are expected not to exploit the option of creating multiple accounts to gain undue advantages. Our stance on bonus abuse, fraud, unfair advantage-taking, and any suspicious activities is uncompromising. Lemon Casino retains the right to block and confiscate bonuses and associated winnings from accounts engaged in such behaviors. It is essential to note that, in such instances, Lemon Casino is not obligated to refund any funds beyond the originally deposited amounts.

2. Promotion and Bonus Abuse includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

• Use of VPN, Proxy, or Similar Services: Intentionally manipulating or altering IP addresses through VPNs, proxies, or other techniques to fraudulently use promotional offers.
• Exploitation of Software or System Flaws: Taking advantage, whether known or unknown to us, of any bugs, loopholes, faults, errors, or failures, especially with any provided games.
• Multiple Account Usage: Creating and using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or any other promotional offer more than once.
• Collusion in Syndicates: Collaborating with other players to manipulate promotions, engage in deliberate cheating, or other exploitative behaviors.
• Contradictory Betting Patterns: Placing a series of conflicting bets within the same game or betting market with the ultimate goal of securing profits, irrespective of the outcomes of the placed bets, or any other forms of abusive behavior.
• Exceeding Maximum Stake with Active Bonus: Placing bets exceeding the maximum stake allowed when having an active bonus.

3. Account Limitations

1. Each bonus can be claimed only once per person, household, IP address, email address, phone number, postal address, device, and payment account. Player gameplay will be reviewed and if our team finds player playing activity as promotional abuse, we reserve the right to confiscate any winnings immediately.

2. If a Player is currently self-excluded or initiates self-exclusion during a promotional period at Lemon Casino, a Player will not qualify to participate or receive any bonuses and/or prizes for the duration of player self-exclusion.

3. Employees, officers, or directors of Lemon Casino and their family members/relatives are not eligible for promotions.

4. Lemon Casino retains the right to scrutinize transaction records as required by our licensing obligations. If, following such a review, it is determined that an individual customer or a group of customers is employing strategies that Lemon Casino considers collusion, unlawful, improper activity, or fraudulent practice, the casino reserves the right to annul the entitlement of such customers to participate in the Promotion and will invalidate any associated prize, bonus, or other rewards. Consequently, please be aware that some of our promotions may not always be visible or available to all clients in certain cases. If, for any reasons mentioned above, the client is unable to view the promotion content and/or claim the offer, this signifies that their participation in such a promotion is restricted.

4. Types of Bonuses and Bonus Balance

1. Lemon Casino offers three types of bonuses:

• Deposit Bonus
• No Deposit Bonus
• Free Spins

2. For casino bonuses, currency conversions are computed using the following example: 10 EUR, 10 USD, 10 CAD, 50 PLN, 100 NOK, 1000 INR, 4000 HUF, 200 ZAR.

3. Customers with an active bonus from one offer cannot activate any other bonuses simultaneously.

4. Players have the option to forfeit their bonuses at any time. To cancel a Bonus, players can navigate to “My Bonuses” and click on “Cancel.” However, it's important to note that losing a Deposit Bonus, No Deposit Bonus, or Bonus Money from Free Spins before completing required wagering will result in the removal of Bonus Money with uncompleted wagering requirements and any additional accumulated winnings.

5. Bonuses are valid for customers who made at least one real money deposit (except for the Welcome Bonus).

6. Players are free to withdraw any winnings earned from their Real Money balance at any point. However, if they initiate a withdrawal without using their Bonus Money, the Bonus Money will be forfeited.

7. Bonus Balance is not directly paid out but only once it transforms into Real Money (the wagering requirements have to be met).

8. If the Bonus Balance falls below 0.20 EUR or its currency equivalent, the bonus will automatically close, and the remaining Bonus Balance will be transferred to the Real Balance.

5. Deposit Bonus

1. To claim a Bonus, a player must select a relevant offer in the bonuses tab on the Deposit page before making a deposit. The minimum deposit to activate the Bonus is €10.

2. Bonus Balance should be wagered within 7 days. If wagering requirements are not met within 7 days all winnings and bonus funds will be canceled.

3. Types of Deposit Bonus:

a. Reload Bonus

• Wagering requirements are 30x for the Real Money and Bonus Money.
• After the deposit is made the deposited amount matched with the granted bonus will be transferred to the Bonus Balance.
• When the bonus is activated, the Real Money will be used first.

b. NON-STICKY Reload Bonus

• Wagering requirements are 50x for the Bonus Money.
• During the bonus period, any Real Money available in the account will be used first. If all real money funds are depleted, then the Bonus Money will be activated.
• Withdrawing winnings from the Real Balance causes the bonus funds to be automatically cancelled.

6. No Deposit Bonus

1. No Deposit Bonus is automatically credited into a Player's Account (for example as a tournament prize) or need to be activated via a valid promo code in the Promo code tab.

2. The wagering requirements are 30x for the Bonus Money (20x for the Bonus Money if it is a prize from the tournament).

3. The wagering requirements should be fulfilled within 7 days. If the set wagering requirements are not met within 7 days all winnings and bonus funds will be cancelled.

4. The maximum amount that can be transferred from Bonus Money to Real Money balance after wagering requirements are met is 10x the received bonus.

7. Free Spins

1. Free Spins can not be divided. Once activated player have to use them in one of the available slots.

2. Free Spins after activation are valid for 7 days.

3. All winnings from Free Spins will be added to the Player's Account as Bonus Money. Bonus Money can only be used on the same slot where the Free Spins were activated.

4. Types of Free Spins:

a. Deposit Free Spins

• To claim Free Spins, a player must select the relevant offer in the bonuses tab on the Deposit page before making a deposit. To activate the Free Spins, the player must deposit a minimum of €10.
• Upon the successful confirmation of the deposit, the player will receive Free Spins immediately.
• The wagering requirements for Bonus Money from Free Spins is 20x and should be fulfilled within 7 days. If the set wagering requirements are not met within 7 days all winnings and bonus funds will be cancelled.
• The maximum amount that can be transferred from Bonus Money to Real Money balance after wagering requirements are met is €150 or equivalent in other currencies.
• A deposit made into a Player’s Account which activates Free Spins should be at least 1x wagered before deposited Real Money can be withdrawn.

b. No Deposit Free Spins

• No Deposit Free Spins are automatically credited into a Player's Account (for example as a tournament prize) or need to be activated via a valid promo code in the Promo code tab.
• The wagering requirements for Bonus Money from Free Spins is 30x (20x if it is a prize from the tournament) and should be fulfilled within 7 days. If the set wagering requirements are not met within 7 days all winnings and bonus funds will be cancelled.
• The maximum amount that can be transferred from Bonus Money to Real Money balance after wagering requirements are met is €80 or equivalent in other currencies.

8. Wagering and Playing Restrictions for Promotions

1. Lemon Casino enforces specific rules regarding how players can place bets with a Casino Bonus during their participation in a Promotion.

2. Before processing any withdrawal, gameplay will be reviewed for irregular patterns. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms and conditions, the maximum stake allowed (including features such as bonus buy, gamble options, or mini-games) cannot exceed €2 in total stake of a single spin and/or €0.20 per line, while wagering requirements are active. If you place a stake higher than the allowed limit during this time, Lemon Casino reserves the right to confiscate all winnings and bonus funds related to that bonus, including any winnings generated from compliant bets. This means any winnings from the bonus will be forfeited, and you will not be able to withdraw those funds. For other currencies, the following maximum limits apply: 2 USD, 2 CAD, 10 PLN, 20 NOK, 200 INR, 800 HUF, 40 ZAR.

3. Real Money such as: real funds deposit, reward, cashback are subject to a required turnover of x1 before these funds can be withdrawn.

4. If Lemon Casino determines irregular gameplay, the casino reserves the right to retain withdrawals and/or cancel all winnings.

5. Casino Bonuses and Bonus Money winnings from Free Spins cannot be wagered on Live casino games, Table Games, Video Poker, and on the Games where the Bonus Money will no appear.
